Service Description

Join us in for an evening of rejuvenation and inspiration and celebrate the Summer Solstice. Allow Liz to guide you through a luscious yoga practice, where we'll welcome the warmth the Solstice brings; moving with intention and savouring moments of stillness. After a warming practice, we'll melt into a restorative Savasana (relaxation) and Yoga Nidra, guiding us into deep rest and alignment with the rhythms of Summer. We'll bring the session to a close with a delicious Yogi Tea and sweet treat, honouring the abundance surrounding us. Places are limited so book early to avoid disappointment,
