If you're interested in using essential oils but unsure of where to start, then join Certified Aromatherapist, Caroline Rowles, for this fabulous interactive aromatherapy workshop. You'll learn about the origins of aromatherapy, explore different scents - from Bergamot to Lavender, find out how to work safely with essential oils and try you hand at blending as you create a trio of beautiful wellbeing products for you to take away. Your three products will include: * An aromatic salt scrub * An aromatherapy roller, and * A room/linen spray All materials and equipment will be provided as well your choice of tea, hot chocolate or speciality coffee to fuel your creativity! It's a great workshop to attend on your own or with a friend or family member, but places are limited so book early to avoid disappointment. Workshop suitable for those aged 18 and over.

Cancel with 24 hours notice and you will receive a full refund. After this time, your class will be charged.
