Service Description

Yin Yang Yoga is a combination of both Vinyasa and Yin Yoga. We'll begin the practice with a breath-led, energising Vinyasa flow, targeting the muscles through heat building and active strength and close the practice with a series of grounding yin poses, dropping into a passive, cooling and introspective state. Asana’s (postures) are held for longer periods of time between 3 to 5 minutes using the support of props: bolsters, bricks, blankets, straps and eye pillows. This allows us to target the deep connective tissues: the ligaments, joints, tendons and fascia, to lengthen and release physical, energetic and emotional tension stored in the body and mind. Yang Yin is a practice of balance and is a great check-in for the mind-body towards the end of the week. Suitable for all levels - including beginners and those more experienced, students are encouraged and supported to move at their own pace.

For Classes - cancel with 24 hours notice and you will receive a full refund. For Workshops, Pop Ups or Soundbaths - cancel with 48 hours notice and you will receive a full refund. If less than this notice period is given then you sessions will be charged.
