Service Description

Join Sarah Ord, in the studio for this wonderful Yoga Nidra and Journalling workshop. Yoga Nidra - also known as ‘yogic sleep’ - is a practice which delivers all the benefits of yoga without moving an inch! Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation which leads us into a deep state of relaxation, where we can disengage from our thoughts, enjoy constructive rest and leave the session feeling rested, restored and more peaceful. You will be guided through the different brainwave states to arrive in a state of total relaxation. A sustained Yoga Nidra practice can help reduce anxiety, stress and aid relaxation, improve sleep, and boost creativity. The workshop will also include some gentle movement, how to set up your ‘nest’ for Yoga Nidra and also an opportunity to reflect and journal your thoughts and feelings if you so wish. Journalling is a great way to come out of the 'thinking mind', de-stress and declutter our thoughts. Journalling can also be a useful way to reduce anxiety and stress. Suitable for beginners as well as the more experienced, all materials including a journal, will be provided, as well as a warming yogi tea and a sweet treat to help fuel your creativity. Please note this workshop is only suitable for those ages 18+. Spaces are limited so please book ahead to secure your place.

For Classes - cancel with 24 hours notice and you will receive a full refund. For Workshops, Pop Ups or Soundbaths - cancel with 48 hours notice and you will receive a full refund. If less than this notice period is given then you sessions will be charged.
