This class focusses on stretching out and releasing tension in muscle groups that are used on repeat! Great for reducing aches in shoulders and neck and stretching out back, hips and hamstrings. Perfect for office workers or for sports enthusiasts pre or post workout. Yoga works on strength, flexibility, agility, core, concentration and balance. Expect this class to deliver deep but gentle stretches, develop your range of movement and improve your balance and concentration.
